Kanchanjunga trek is less frequent trekking trail in Nepal Himalayas which offers unique stunning Himalayan views of Kanchenjunga Himal, Wedge peak, Pyramid peak , Janu Himal, White Wave ,the Twins etc, Lush valleys, high passes, Rhododendron and bamboo forest, beautiful landscape, wild animals such as leopards, Red Panda, Himalayan Thar etc Kanchenjunga area is located in the eastern part of Nepal, which gets triple the amount of annual rainfall compared to western Nepal these mountains on the foothills of the worlds third highest mountain get upwards of 3,500 mm of rain a year. The effect is most visible in the vegetation: thick, verdant forests with heavy undergrowth. Kanchenjunga base camp trek route was opened to the trekkers in 1988, though people have trekked in the area in connection with mountaineering expedition since the turn of the century. T

Detail Itinerary
Day 1:Arrival to Kathmandu (1350m) transfer to hotel.
Day 2:Trekking preparation day and permit work day.
Day 3:Fly Kathmandu to Bhadrapur (91m) -40 to 45 minutes & drive to Taplajung (1870m)- 9 to 10 hours
Day 4:Trek Taplejung to Mitlung (921m) – 4 to 5 hours
Day 5:Trek Mitlung to Thiwa (1200m) – 4 to 5 hours
Day 6:Trek Thiwa to Amjilosa (2400m) – 4 to 5 hours
Day 7:Trek Amjilosa to Ghunsa (3415m) – 6 to 7 hours
Day 8:Trek Ghunsa to Kambachen (4050m) -5 to 6 hours
Day 9:Acclimatization or Explore Day at Khambachen - visit Jannu View Point (4,400m) -5 to 6 hours
Day 10:Trek Kambachen to Lhonak (4780m) -6 to 7 hours
Day 11:Day trip Lhonak to Pangpema (5,143m) / Kanchenjunga North BC (5388m) back to Lhonak -7 to 8 hours
Day 12:Trek Lhonak to Ghunsa (3595m) -6 to 7 hours
Day 13:Trek Ghunsa to Sele La High Camp (4130m) via Sele La Pass (4,290m) – 4 to 5 hours
Day 14:Trek Sele La Camp to Cheram (3,870m) via Sinion La (4,440m), Mirgin La (4,480m) & Sinelapche Bhanjyang (4,646m) - 4 to 5 hours
Day 15:Trek Tseram to Ramche (4620m) -3 to 4 hours
Day 16:Day trip to Yalung Glacier (4500m), return to Ramche (4620m) -5 to 6 hours
Day 17:Trek Ramche to Lamite Bhanjyang (3310m)-6 to 7 hours
Day 18:
Trek Lamite Bhanjyang to Yamphudin (2090m) - 5 to 6 hours
Day 19:Trek Yamphudin to Phumphe (1860m)-5 to 6 hours
Day 20:Trek Phumphe to Simbu (1845m)-6 to 7 hours
Day 21:Trek Simbu to Taplejung (1870) via Suketar (2420m) -4 to 5 hours
Day 22:Drive Taplejung to Ilam (800m) – 7 to 8 Hours
Day 23:Drive Ilam to Bhadrapur (91m) – 2 ½ to 3 Hours and fly to Kathmandu – 35 to 40 minutes
Day 24:Departure to your Destination.

What is included?
Arrival and Departure all transportation (airport to Hotel to airport).
Star level 3 night’s Hotel accommodation in Kathmandu twin bed sharing basic.
Full board meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner) during the trek with Tea, coffee each meal.
Transportation from Kathmandu to Taplejung and Trekking ending point to Kathmandu private tourist bus/ car/ van or plane (Weight limit: 10 kg main baggage and 5 kg hand per passenger/flight).

A Porter (between 2 people) Each Porter carries Max.20 to 25 kg. Plus their food, accommodation, salary, insurance, and equipment.
