Trip Information
Everest Panorama Trek is one of the finest short treks in the Khumbu region of Nepal. It is a short trekking experience to the Namche Bazaar, a gateway of Mount Everest and the renowned Tengboche monastery. Tengboche Monastery is the largest monastery in the Khumbu region of Nepal. Namche Bazaar is the homeland of the Sherpa people, who are the conquerors of Mt. Everest. Hiking to the Everest View Hotel will also reward you with close-up views of the Himalayas in the Everest region, including Mt. Everest.
The short Everest Panorama Trek begins in the capital city, Kathmandu. From here, embark on a flight to Tenzing Hillary Airport known as Lukla Airport. The short trekking journey starts from Lukla village. It is a small village that is the starting point of almost all treks in the Everest region of Nepal. Further, the trail goes through Himalayan foothills and several small rivers, streams, glaciers, and thick forests. The trekking area is an epitome of pristine natural beauty, attracting thousands of trekkers, and mountaineers every year.
